Rates are daily, per apartment, including VAT, Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial TV, hairdryer, towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bidet towel per person, plus one bathmat per apartment), bedlinen and air conditioning. The apartments are self-catering and bedlinen is changed on a weekly basis. Mandatory cleaning at the end of the stay is charged at € 40.00 to be paid during your stay. On departure, the apartments should be left with the kitchen and utensils cleaned and the garbage collected and removed. If not, management will charge an additional € 100.00 for cleaning. The car park is private and available for guests on prior booking, subject to availability (at a cost of € 10.00 per day). Small pets are welcome and allowed in all areas on a leash. There is an extra charge of € 50.00 per pet per stay.  Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm and check-out by 10am. Any late arrivals must be reported in advance and will result in an additional charge of € 25.00.
