Rates are daily, per apartment, including VAT, Wi-Fi, digital terrestrial TV, hairdryer, towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 bidet towel per person, plus one bathmat per apartment), bedlinen and air conditioning. The apartments are self-catering and bedlinen is changed on a weekly basis. Mandatory cleaning at the end of the stay is charged at € 50.00 to be paid during your stay. On departure, the apartments should be left with the kitchen and utensils cleaned and the garbage collected and removed. If not, management will charge an additional € 100.00 for cleaning. The car park is private and available for guests on prior booking, subject to availability (at a cost of € 10.00 per day). Pets are accepted in limited numbers. Dogs must be up to medium size (maximum 20 kilograms), only one pet per apartment, and have free access to all areas on a leash. The supplement foreseen for their stay is 50.00 euros per stay. Important: pets can never be left alone in the apartment, under penalty of immediate expulsion from the facility. Check-in is from 4pm to 7pm and check-out by 10am. Any late arrivals must be reported in advance and will result in an additional charge of € 25.00.
